About Me
I am a certified Health Coach in Ottawa.
I practiced as a primary care physician for close to a decade.
With my busy work schedule, I had no ample time to cook and eat healthy foods.
I ate processed foods frequently and, worse off…late at night too after work.
I had no warning signs about my unhealthy lifestyle and eating habit, so it continued for a few years.
I noticed I had elevated blood pressure during a routine check and it also dawned on me I had developed belly fat.
The thought of taking medications throughout my life jolted me and set me on a path to find a solution.
I tried to exercise more, eat more fruits, reduce salt intake, stop eating junk, and stopped eating late dinner.
Yet, there was no significant improvement in my belly fat and blood pressure.
MY DISCOVERY
While researching various natural remedies online, I stumbled on an article about time-restricted eating and its benefits.
So, I decided to give it a try.
But just practicing time-restricted eating was not enough, and the metabolic shift associated with the process was challenging.
After a deeper study on time-restricted eating, I discovered best practices based on scientific research on how to fast properly and sustainably.
My new approach included specific behavioral change techniques that helped me break and cultivate new healthy eating habits.
Gradually, over some months, my frameworks were effective in normalizing my blood pressure, and burning my belly fat.
I have been practicing my techniques since January 2020, and my blood pressure has been stable.
It took me months and lots of trials and errors to find a sustainable solution that anyone can apply.
I will be sharing some techniques I have learned in my journey to help at risk workers and entrepreneurs reverse lifestyle diseases naturally without drugs and supplements.
