About Me

I’m a compassionate trained physician turned physician wellness and mental wellbeing coach.

I combine my almost a decade of clinical experience and coaching skills to help doctors prevent and overcome work stress, burnout and mental health struggles.
 

Like most professionals, I also have experienced my own share of work-induced chronic stress and lifestyle diseases.
