About Me

I’m a compassionate trained physician turned physician wellness and mental wellbeing coach.

I combine my almost a decade of clinical experience and coaching skills to help doctors prevent and overcome work stress, burnout and mental health struggles.
 

Like most doctors, I also have experienced my own share of work induced chronic stress, and lifestyle diseases.

I am sharing the methods I have used to conquer chronic stress, reverse my prehypertension and preobesity by taking charge of my mind, emotions and changing unhealthy lifestyles.
